This blend was formulated for over a year in the farm coffee lab and is the fifth blend creation from our family’s roastery. It is specifically developed for the light roast enthusiasts. This coffee features cupping notes of lemon, pear, tea, strawberry, and oranges. It has a carefully balanced acidity and a higher caffeine content than medium and dark roasts.
PLEASE NOTE: Ordering ground coffee may result in a three-day shipping delay as we always let our coffee gas out for three days after roasting before we grind in order to allow the flavors to develop. Whole bean is always recommended to maintain freshness for longer but we’re happy to grind it for you!
