With coffee, there’s always a story.

In 2007 my wife and I moved to Alabama to help my father and sister open up a coffee shop which is still doing great today. After I spent some time flying Apache helicopters for the Army we moved back to Alabama and I started roasting coffee on a small home roaster and thus began a love for the art of roasting and finding great coffees across the world.

I started selling coffee in 2022 and my customer base grew quickly enough to where, with the help of my father, we upgraded to a small commercial roaster and built a small roastery house here on the farm. Many people wonder if the roaster they’re buying from is legitimately roasting their coffee or just buying it from someone else and selling it with their brand name on it like so many do. I buy only the highest quality and best tasting coffee that I can find. My wife and I, along with our church family, taste tests my roasts and we only sell what we all love. I don’t roast your coffee until you order it, guaranteeing freshness. We’re a family operation so my oldest son (15 at this time) drew the logo you see on the bag. My two middle sons help in the logistics of moving the beans and product throughout the day, and my young daughter loves to tell me how good my coffee smells. I’m dedicated to getting the coffee shipped to you quickly and we’re known for fast turn-around (almost always roasted and shipped within one business day). We’re not anywhere near a big business but we love to sell great coffee to great people and we’re highly principled on what we stand for, both in our business and in our spiritual lives. Colossians 3:23 tells us to work for the Lord with all our hearts and that’s what we’re going to do, whether it’s coffee roasting or otherwise. We even sell a mug that says so.

Everything you see on this website or taste in your coffee was developed by me and my family and we’re excited for you to give us a try. Thank you for visiting us!
