FAQs

  • Unless stated otherwise on the top of the “Coffee” page, we roast coffee Monday-Friday. You will receive an email letting you know the day we will roast your coffee and the day we will drop off your coffee for shipping. All orders are typically roasted and shipped within three business days.

  • We ship all of our coffees in whole bean and you will need to have a grinder. Shipping the bean out whole keeps it fresher for longer.

  • All of our coffee is shipped in one-way vented bags. These keep the oxygen from making the beans stale and keep the beans tasting better for longer. We recommend storing your coffee beans in these bags between brewing. The 5 lb bags will need to be folded over and clamped down to keep the oxygen out.

  • Light roasts will typically present a nuttier and more acidic taste. We recommend this roast level for those who know specifically what they want in a light roast. The medium roast is the normal go-to for most and will present the balanced tones for each origin or blend. Our dark roast will bring out a more chocolate flavor in most beans. We don’t over-roast our dark roast to the point of burning them in either an Italian or French roast level.

  • We do not accept coffee returns at this time. However, if there was damage to the bags during shipping or if there is something else wrong with the coffee, please email us at contact@wrightfarmcoffeeroasters.com so that we can find out what is happening and work to make it right.
