Guatemala, Whole Bean

This Guatemala Huehuetenango is a clean, rich, and semi-sweet cup. Hints of grape skin-like fruitiness. Best served in the medium roasts but still very good in light and darker roasts. Light roasts are lemony and malty. Dark roasts promote bittersweet malt tones with a smoky edge.
