This coffee was decaffeinated utilizing the Swiss Water Process which uses water to remove the caffeine from the green beans. It is a gentle, chemical-free method which helps preserve the flavor and aroma of the coffee beans.

The Organic Decaf Peru Amazonas features notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, nutty, black currant, and citrus.

PLEASE NOTE: Ordering ground coffee may result in a three-day shipping delay as we always let our coffee gas out for three days after roasting before we grind in order to allow the flavors to develop. Whole bean is always recommended to maintain freshness for longer but we’re happy to grind it for you!
